About the service
The cost of the service is £58.23 per bin and subscriptions will be valid from 1 April to the 31 March each year.
Your bin(s) will be collected fortnightly on your scheduled collection day between the end of February and December each year, inclusive of a 12-week winter break.
You can pay for up to three bins to be collected. If you would like additional bins, you will need to subscribe and pay the charge (£58.23) for each bin.
We no longer collect garden waste in reusable sacks. If you previously used reusable sacks for the collection of garden waste and do not already have a wheelie bin, you will need to indicate this on the next page.
If space is an issue at your property, you can request a smaller 140-litre bin. Smaller bins will be charged at the same standard rate.
After you subscribe
After you have subscribed, we will send you an information pack in the post which contains a welcome letter, a flyer explaining how to use the service, and a permit to stick on your bin(s). If you subscribe at least 10 working days before 1 April, you will receive your welcome pack before the collections start. For subscriptions after 1 April, we aim to deliver stickers and bins within 10 days.
Please stick and clearly display the permit on the back of your bin, below the handle so we can identify your bin and that it has been paid for.
Your collection day may be subject to change. Any amendments to your collection day will be updated on our website here.
